Project Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is due at the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or receipt of the final invoice. Work will not commence until the initial deposit is received, and final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment.
Late Payments:
Invoices not paid within 7 business days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5%. Continued non-payment may result in project suspension or termination.
Pricing Rates:
All rates are subject to change; however, clients will be notified prior to any adjustments. Current pricing is honored for the duration of active projects under signed agreements.
Scope Changes:
Upon request for changes to the project scope, an updated estimate will be provided for client approval before additional work begins. Any work outside the original scope will be billed separately.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled mid-progress, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date.

Westline Marketing provides web hosting, domain registration, and/or DNS management services to ensure your website remains accessible and operational.
Terms & Conditions:
Billing Cycle: Hosting and domain services are billed [monthly/annually] and must be paid in advance to avoid service interruption.
Renewal & Expiration: Domain registrations require timely renewal. Westline Marketing is not responsible for expired domains if the client fails to renew or provide payment before the expiration date.
Uptime: While we strive for maximum uptime, Westline Marketing is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
DNS Changes: Requests for DNS modifications will be processed within 5 business days. Improper DNS configurations requested by the client are the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation: Hosting services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Data Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups. Westline Marketing is not liable for data loss due to hosting provider failures or unforeseen events.
Scope of Work:
Any additional revisions, pages, or updates outside of the project scope may result in additional costs.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final website design. Westline Marketing retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeline:
Estimated timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and content delivery. Westline Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or client response times.
Cancellation:
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date.
